12:00Holy Week Meditation at Our Lady of Good Counsel
This annual Broughty Ferry Churches Group event is jointly led by Our Lady of Good Counsel and St Luke's Queen Street. It provides an opportunity to consider the importance of Holy Week to us.
All are welcome to stay and eat a packed lunch (bring this with you) in each other' company afterwards.
Thursday 29th March 201810:30Chrism Mass at St Paul's Cathedral, Dundee
At this meditative service ordination vows are renewed and oils blessed for use in our churches during the coming year. It is a good opportunity to begin our reflections upon Christ's service to us and our service to others.
18:00Agape Meal and Holy Communion at St Mary's
Agape is a New Testament word for love and was used to describe a shared meal in the early Church, often in association with Holy Communion.
Jesus enjoyed regular table fellowship with his disciples, and the sharing of a meal together has remained a sign of the intimate fellowship inseparable from Christian discipleship. The Agape meal can be found today in many congregations, both Episcopal and otherwise, here in Scotland and throughout the world.
All are welcome to St Mary's at 6.00pm for a bring-and-share holy meal, culminating in the stripping of the altar and a short period of silence.

Donations of buns and volunteers to help prepare and distribute hot cross buns to the people of Broughty Ferry are much needed.
Buns can be left at St Mary's on Maundy Thursday from 5.00pm or brought to the St Aidan's Centre at 9.30am today
